Australian delivery times and costs

Your order will typically be posted within 1-3 business days via Australia Post. Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $60. For Australian orders below $60, shipping is calculated at checkout

International delivery times and costs 

Unfortunately we are not offering international shipping at the moment (due to the increased import tax rates and delivery times since Covid). But if you are flexible with delivery times and wish to order something internationally, please email and we will provide you with a custom shipping quote.


You will receive a confirmation email with your consignment number (tracking number) along with the courier name that your order was dispatched with. For tracking updates, please check using your consignment number through the appropriate courier website.

Greeting card orders are sent via standard mail, without tracking.


Note during sale times dispatch may take longer than usual, up to 5 days from order to dispatch. Please be patient while we pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.


What is your returns policy?

We are happy to exchange size, if your preferred size is available. Though return shipping will be at customer's expense, so please email us for further information on sizing prior to purchase, should you be uncertain which to opt for.

We do not refund for change of mind.

Items for exchange must arrive back to our studio in unused condition with tags still on. If this is not the case, the item will be returned to customer. Please use tracked postage - if an item is lost in the postal system without tracking, this will be at the customer's expense.

Will I be required to pay duties and tax on my order?

Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Brigitte may in order to receive a refund.

Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.
